The Challenge

Haven Support Services operates two supported accommodation homes for 16-18 year olds across Birmingham. Their team of 8 support workers were using a combination of Word documents, paper logbooks, and WhatsApp messages to record daily logs, missing from care incidents, and keywork sessions. When a young person went missing, staff were scrambling to compile grab packs manually — sometimes taking 45 minutes before information reached the police. Their last Ofsted inspection flagged "inconsistent recording of daily interactions" and "incomplete return interview documentation." The registered manager was terrified of the next inspection.

The Solution

Haven deployed Pinnacle across both homes in under 48 hours.
